Spak
Orgochem India Private Ltd. was formed by the
amalgamation of three Small Scale Manufacturing
Companies in the year 1995-96. All the three companies
were promoted by a group of first generation technocrat
entrepreneurs. Mr.A.R.Jogalekar, a Chemical Engineer
from IIT Bombay, manages SPAK as the Managing
Director. With the expansion of business Mr. A.K.Shiralkar
joined him as the Joint Managing Director from
August 2000.

The
Company is engaged in the manufacture of specialty
chemicals in its three factories at Dombivili,
Nasik and Nagpur.The Nasik Unit is a 100 %
Export Oriented Unit (EOU).
Our products are performance-oriented products
used in various chemical processes in explosives,
fertilizer, personal care and lubricant industries.
The company’s emphasis is on selling
the products directly to the end users. However,
in specific markets and products other forms
of selling are also adopted.
The company’s core strength is its technical
capability both in manufacturing and product
servicing, its excellent brand equity in the
relevant market, its ability to create tailor
made products to meet the changing customer
needs at low cost.
