was formed by amalgamation of
three Small Scale Manufacturing
Companies in the year 1995-96.
Mr.A.R.Jogalekar,
a Chemical Engineer from IIT
Bombay, manages the amalgamated
Company as the Managing Director.
With the expansion of business
Mr. A.K.Shiralkar
joined him as the Joint Managing
Director from August 2000.
